Shipping Policy
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer shipping to the United States, Mexico, and some international destinations. Please contact us for more information about international shipments.
SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS
Most orders are shipped with USPS. Prodigy Fitness will always attempt to use the shipping method selected at check out or the next best time-efficient method allowed for the products being shipped. Multiple shipping methods may be used for an order, depending on the methods available for items in that order.
Whenever possible, Prodigy Fitness offers the following shipping options:
- First Class Package (3-5 Day)
- USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Days)
- Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days)
- Orders are shipped Monday – Thursday
Most orders ship within 72 hours. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days following the day the order was placed. Our business days are Monday – Thursday, and do not include Fridays, weekends, and holidays.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
You will receive an email notification when all or part of your order ships. The email will provide the necessary information needed to track your shipment.
SALES TAX
Where applicable, Prodigy Fitness will charge sales tax on taxable items. Sales tax is calculated on the cost of the taxable merchandise. Depending on state-specific regulations, sales tax may also be assessed on shipping and handling costs.
Most merchandise purchased directly from Prodigy Fitness in new, unused, and resalable condition, and returned within 15 days will receive a refund or exchange. All merchandise for return or exchange must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items such as custom cut or printed merchandise and special orders. Other restrictions may include inspection of the item by an authorized service center.
