SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Prodigy Fitness currently ships throughout the United States, Mexico, and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for additional shipping options.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
At Prodigy Fitness, we operate on a made-to-order production model rather than maintaining large quantities of inventory. While this approach may result in slightly longer shipping times, it helps reduce excess waste and supports a more sustainable manufacturing process.
This model allows us to focus on delivering premium-quality athletic apparel crafted from high-performance materials while keeping our products competitively priced. We appreciate your patience and thank you for supporting a brand committed to quality, performance, and responsible production.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
At Prodigy Fitness, many of our products are made to order rather than mass-produced. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain high-quality standards, and offer a wider selection of products without overproducing inventory.
Because of this production model, some orders may take 2–4 weeks to be produced, fulfilled, and delivered. While many orders arrive sooner, processing and shipping times can vary depending on product availability, demand, and your shipping destination.
We understand that waiting longer than traditional retailers can be an adjustment, and we appreciate your patience. Our goal is to provide premium athletic apparel that is responsibly produced, performance-driven, and built to last.
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Whenever available, Prodigy Fitness offers the following shipping options:

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced, processed, and shipped.
Multiple shipping carriers or methods may be used for a single order depending on product availability and destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged based on state and local regulations. Sales tax is calculated on taxable merchandise and, where required by law, may also be applied to shipping and handling charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Eligible merchandise purchased directly from Prodigy Fitness may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if it is:

Unwashed

In new, resalable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Prodigy Fitness error or defective merchandise.
